This mastermind meets over 4 months. * These weeks are open to change once the mastermind has started.*
Each meeting will start with us updating our Asana and each other on status of our projects and goals.
Week 1, 12/15: Setting up your Asana and filling it with your quarterly goals as well as your to-do list. We will perform an overhaul on your current schedule, moving aside things that may not be working and filling that space with meaningful tasks that will bring you forward. During our call we will also touch base on your current business and where you are starting this program.
Week 2, 12/22: Your products/services and your pricing. We will do a deep dive on your customer base and seek out and pitch to ideal clients during our meeting!! Yes yes, you better be ready girl! We will have some tough conversations around our views on money and dealing with rejection.
Week 3, 01/05: Your marketing- we will work through your current social media strategies and hit the ground running with an amazing plan we will put in place to start seeing returns on your social media channels. It is time that people see every single part of your business, not just a few selfies.
Week 4 + 5, 01/12 and 01/19: Reset and re-calibrate, we will use everything you have learned thus far and see how it has been working. These two weeks are used to see the momentum you have gained, you will be able to pitch a new offering to us, or ask any questions you may have, hot seat style! Our aim through this is to find what is currently holding you back and ask you to understand why you aren't using it as fuel.
Week 6 + 7, 01/26 and 02/09: We will be updating your website or creating a basic model for you if you do not have one. Each session will consist of integrating certain apps such as Acuity or Harvest into your business. I will be working with you to ensure you understand these new apps like the back of your hand!
Week 8, 02/16: The overhaul is complete, we will be continuously tweaking all of the updates we have made and writing out your updated business plan with all of these new adjustments. We will ensure that your quarterly goals are up to date for the next quarter, however we will most likely be working together after this program, but just in case we will get you all set up and ready to hit the road running!
Week 9, 02/23: Your expenses and income. This week will focus on your earnings and money management, where you want them to go, and how you will get them there. If a clients seeks to integrate Quickbooks into their business, or even look through their current reports, that will be done during these weeks.
Week 10, 03/02: PARTY TIME!! We will take a look at how far we have come over this time. Did you hit your goals? You sure as heck should have! Time to celebrate and laugh and feel all the feels for how far we have come.
